You can join the Bahia Calma Club at any time through the Bahia Calma Club Members Area or when making a reservation on our website by activating the discount code and selecting the option “Yes, I want to join the Bahia Calma Club and I accept the conditions” before finalising your reservation.

Participation as a Customer in the Loyalty Programme is free of charge and is open to any person who has the legal capacity to accept the Programme Regulations, unless Bahia Calma Beach has withdrawn their participation as a Customer in the Loyalty Programme.

Customers are responsible for reading and understanding these Loyalty Programme Rules and any other communications from the Company regarding the Loyalty Programme in order to understand their rights and obligations.

Membership

Membership is granted on a personal and non-transferable basis, provided that the individual is over 18 years of age and provides proof of this upon request.

Bahia Calma Beach reserves the right to revoke the membership at any time in the event of improper use or inappropriate behaviour.

Operating rules

Offers, discounts and news will be sent to you by email if you have given us your express consent. You can unsubscribe at any time with a single click, although we are sure you will love our offers.

If you book through the Bahia Calma Beach website, you will need to log in with your username and password to receive the special Bahia Calma Club rate and discounts, or you can sign up for the Bahia Calma Club during the booking process.

The benefits, offers and services of the Loyalty Programme are subject to availability and may be modified by Bahia Calma Beach at any time without prior notice.

Bahia Calma Club may terminate the Loyalty Programme prematurely, in whole or in part, without prior notice.

The company will inform Bahia Calma Club members as soon as possible of any cancellation or change to the programme and will publish these changes on the Bahia Calma Beach website. The Company accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss suffered by the Member as a result of the change in conditions or cancellation of the Bahia Calma Club membership.

No discounts, bonuses or other benefits can be exchanged for cash.

Cancellation

Although we will be very sorry if you decide to stop being part of the Bahia Calma Club, you can easily unsubscribe at any time from your account in the member’s area.
